Virscend University is proud to announce the launch of a new 1+1 master’s program partnership with Shih Hsin University in Taiwan. During a productive visit, Provost Dr. Cihan Cobanoglu met with Dean Min-Qin Jiang of the College of Management, along with faculty members Dr. Chen-Yen Yao, Dr. Yi-Hsiue Wang, and Dr. Yu-Chin Liu, to finalize details of the collaboration.

The new partnership will allow students to complete their first year of study at Shih Hsin University and then transfer to Virscend University to earn their master’s degree. In addition, both universities will work together to develop a specialized certificate program for tourism students, featuring valuable internship opportunities that bridge academic learning with real-world professional experience.
This collaboration marks a significant milestone in strengthening international academic exchange, creating global opportunities for students, and reinforcing both universities’ shared mission to advance education through innovation, leadership, and cross-cultural learning.
